There are several important aspects to think about when you are buying a laptop computer. One of these aspects is the laptop battery life. Because laptop computers are so mobile, you will not always have electrical power. I used mine every night with my with wife as she was driving to law school. I can tell you that there is nothing more annoying than working on a project and having your laptop tell you that you have five minutes of battery power left. I have found that lithium battery stocks batteries work better than the Nickel Cadmium batteries. I have also found that you can actually 'train' your batter to have a good memory effect.
A few years ago mobile phones used Nickel-Cadmium batteries that had a "memory" so to speak. What this means is that if you let you battery get to 50% of charge capacity and then charged it it would start to think that at 50% capacity it was totally empty. There are many types of memory cards and camera are usually designed to work with one or two. When choosing a camera is better to ask what type you need and make sure that these cards are free to buy and at a reasonable price. For example, the most common and available memory cards are SD. At the same time maps of MS (who likes to use Sony) are far less common and more expensive. Besides using its own in the chamber, you will want to connect the card to the computer (for faster and convenient data transfer compared with transfer via cable). The NiMH battery is much friendlier to the environment than the NiCd battery. It showed up in the market after the NiCd. The two types of batteries share the same physical packaging so that you can use a NiMH replacement battery for you NiCd cordless tool. NiMH battery can hold more charges and last longer than the NiCd battery so it costs more. But if you can find a NiMH replacement battery, it is a better deal despite the higher price.
Buy a safe mobile phone charger that suits your voltage requirements. You might want to have more than one mobile phone charger, when it is so, buy a reliable and user friendly one.
